What we do: chiropractic assistant & Office One on One Coach

WOW Factor on Day 1 for NP's. Thank you to Denise as our Role playing volunteer, this was her first time at the office, she never had heard the scripting before so this was real time with real questions first take.

• Use their Name. Make it special.
• Have them sign in "Each and Every Time" Planting a seed that they will be recurring
• Or give an Office tour. Show them testimonials on the wall as you walk, plant seeds (Later video to come on this)
• Depending on how office does Insurance (in or out, strictly cash based etc), say Potential future reimbursement if they ask about insurance as we do not know what insurance covers yet and not to promise reimbursement.  
• Find the perfect time for them & their Partner. Say their partners name multiple times and mention a work note so NO excuse for them not to come :) 
• LEAD the patient so they feel safe and secure in you at all times.

For this Roleplay we did at Dr. Meakim's office in San Francisco, we started with the ROF entering and I switched from the Front Desk CA to the Financial CA which is why I introduced myself to her when I went "back" into the room.  We can can tailor any scripting to your office & current payment presentation. We also train on a combined day 1 & day 2 with no X-ray taken & PPV plans so all offices are covered.

• Always introduce yourself with a bond, a patient feels more comfortable handing you money when they know a bit about you, its ok to share with them about yourself AS LONG as you bring it BACK to the patient and WHY they are here.
• Pause and slightly make a concerned yet hopeful face when you show them their X-rays when they are about to watch the video. 
• In this one I went into payment first then scheduling, we will do different versions thoughout this training. 
• I would take out the part where I mentioned the ROF coming back the day after her first adjustment to see how it did, that I should not have said.
• This was one version of a standard ROF, in other videos we dive deep Into ALL patient objections into not starting care esp. payment objections.
